Yes, we welcome families with children and elderly guests. However, for
safety:
•Dune bashing is not recommended for infants, pregnant women, or those
with heart/back conditions.
•Quad biking is recommended with adult / expert supervision and for 18 Years
and above.
•We offer soft desert experiences and custom tours on request.
•Light, comfortable clothes during the day (summer)
•A jacket or shawl for the evening (winter)
•Closed shoes or sandals suitable for walking on
sand
•Sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat are highly
recommended
Please inform us at the time of booking if you have
any dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan, gluten
free, allergies, etc.). We will do our best to
accommodate your needs. Dietary preferences can
vary based on majority group booking preferences.

•September to April offers pleasant
weather and is the peak season
•Early morning or late afternoon tours
are ideal to avoid the midday heat

Absolutely. We can arrange:

•Exclusive dune setups (romantic

•Evening Safari: 6–7 hours (typically
3:00 PM to 9:00 PM)
•Overnight Safari: Starts around 3:00
PM and ends the next morning around

Yes. Our desert camp is equipped with clean
restrooms including shower facilities
(male/female), prayer areas, and hand-wash
stations for your comfort and convenience. We
also have feeding and baby comfort room.
Yes. We offer:
•Shared 4×4 transfers (included in standard
packages)
•Private vehicle upgrades (on request)
Pickup is usually from hotels, residences, or
major landmarks in the city.
Tipping is not mandatory but is appreciated
for excellent service. You may tip your driver
or camp staff at your discretion.
In rare cases of sandstorms or extreme heat, we may reschedule or cancel
the tour for your safety. You will be notified in advance and offered
alternatives or a refund.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on our desert tours due to safety and
comfort considerations. There is an exception to Guide dogs and support
pets, however this has to be approved in writing from our customer care
department.
